SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We understand that one of the downsides to buying online is having to pay postage, therefore we aim to keep our postage costs as low as possible. We send all of our items via Royal Mail and depending upon it's size and weight will be sent either as a large letter or small parcel, second class. 

We offer a next day delivery service via Parcel Force for items that you need urgently.

Postage costs are £1.50, £3.50 and £7 respectively. 

 

RETURNS

We accept returns on all eligible items. The delivery cost of returning the item is to be paid by yourself. We advise that you get some sort of guaranteed or signed for delivery so you can ensure the items safety. Please send any returns to:

Please note that certain items are non returnable under any circumstances. Personalised items are made to order therefore we cannot accept returns. Please make sure when placing your order that you double check spelling and grammar - we will print what you ask for!

Jewellery and hair items are non returnable for hygiene reasons.

WHO ARE WE?

We are a family run business from the Midlands. We are a tight knit family; mum, dad, daughter and son all working happily together. We employ a small team of staff to help us run our two shops and keep on top of orders. The beauty of having such a small, tight knit team is that we know what our customers want and are feeding back. When customers ask us for certain items we try our absolute hardest to source this for you. Do you have a problem with an order?  No issues, just pick up the phone and call us. You will always be speaking to a family member that can help you. 

 

HOW DO YOU PERSONALISE ITEMS?

Our items are either personalised using our professional embroidery machine or using cut out vinyl. There are no expenses spared on our tools and materials. We use a professional grade Brother Embroidery Machine and use top quality thread and backing paper and our vinyl is sign grade vinyl. 

 

WHY FAT GIRAFFE AND PRETTY LITTLE EVERYTHING?

Our two shops are called 'Fat Giraffe' and that has been our trading name for many years. Like all long running businesses we have tried lots of names over the years and we always came across short comings restricting what we could sell and people's perceptions. We decided finally that enough was enough; we wanted something different and quirky and unique. We threw around lots of ideas and became stuck on 'Fat Giraffe'. We are certainly unique - have you ever seen a Fat Giraffe before?!

As a manufacturer and importer we also supply directly to the trade on our wholesale website which has always used the name Fat Giraffe. To avoid confusion we have kept our online presence under a completely different name.

CAN WE BUY BULK OR WHOLESALE?
